Welcome and Thanks for viewing my blog! I’m Melissa and am the founder of Melissa Olson Photography! I’ve been practicing photography professionally since 2003. Photography became my passion as a young girl when I was given a pink 110 film camera for my birthday. I haven’t been able to put down a camera since! I started my business solely as a Wedding photographer and in the past 3 years have really become fascinated with families and children. My degree in Elementary Education has given me an advantage in being able to relate to and photograph children in a way that captures the true essence of who they are. Recently, I had a baby of my own and now have a new passion for newborn photography! I can’t seem to put my camera down with this new bundle of joy!
